Follow up with Customers

Once you start getting customers, it’s important to follow up with them, to see if they have any questions, and also because it’s good to have a relationship with your customers.  If you build a rapport with each customer, he or she is more likely to go back to your website to re-order.

What we do, is send each customer an email when they first place their order. Then, about 10 days later, we call them to find out if they received the products, and if they are happy with them.
